Unmani speaks about the sense of separation and longing to find that innocence again. A longing to come home. When the thinking gets involved it can turn it into an addiction to seeking. So what was quite an innocent longing has become a self-obsession.
DIALOGUE 1: The sensation doesn’t need to be fixed. Whether you like it or not, it is welcome to be here and to stay.
DIALOGUE 2: I want to make connections in an open and honest way.
DIALOGUE 3:  It is nice to play the spiritual game for a while, but at a certain point you have to see that this ‘me’ will never reach any permanent state.
DIALOGUE 4: The preference of thought has got nothing to do with what you really are, which has no preference at all. It just sees everything, including thought.
