Check in: Monday 28th July between 3pm and 5pm.  PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 5PM.

 

Check out: Friday 1st  August at 12pm

 

Unmani asks that each participant arrives on time and stays until it is finished, except for in emergencies. The reason for this is that it takes time for the group to relax together and for there to be a sense of trust, so that people can fully immerse themselves in what can be a very intensive and sometimes delicate experience. If someone were to arrive late or leave early, this would disturb the group energy that is essential for the intensive. 

 

To Bring:

 

Comfortable clothes to feel at ease moving your body in

- Something warm to wear in the evenings as it can get a little chilly

- There is a limited internet connection so please do not bother bringing laptops unless you have to

- Walking shoes if you want to go for walks in the area

- An alarm clock  

- Some note paper and a pen

The venue  is:

Assel Don Bosco Centrum

The retreat venue is located 10 km west from Apeldoorn. Apeldoorn is approximately 1 hour by direct train (every hour) from Schiphol airport). In Apeldoorn it is easiest to catch a taxi to the Assel Don Bosco Centrum.
