Why Is Community Supportive On The Spiritual Path?

When you feel seen and understood in your experience and the way that you perceive life, this brings a sense of deep relaxation, and is a confirmation that you are ok as you are. Most of our lives we live longing for this kind of confirmation from people around us, who are incapable of giving this to us, simply because they are looking for it themselves. But when you realise that only you can meet your true self in the way that you long for, you naturally resonate with others who meet themselves in the same way. Having this community (which can even be just one person), can be extremely supportive for an ongoing mutual confirmation. Meeting and being met in a real and open way, creates a sense of safety and trust that life can be lived in this way.

These Open Meetings are for all those who wish to have a taste or reminder of Unmani’s message by simply listening in, or for those who wish to dive deeper by having a video or audio dialogue with Unmani.

These Open Meetings — with Unmani’s unique perspective and insightful guidance — will offer a rich opportunity to wake up to your true nature, and see how this realization is lived in your daily life.

Each Open Meeting will have a general theme, but Unmani is open to any genuine and relevant diversions from this theme. Unmani will start by giving a talk on the theme and then will ask if anyone has any questions or wishes to have a dialogue. The meeting will last approximately 1 hour.

Unmani asks that before you ask a question or request a dialogue with her, that you take some time to feel into what is most real and truthful for yourself and then speak from there.

In short:

• Unmani will speak on a particular theme

• There will be time for questions and dialogues with Unmani

• You have the option to just listen in, or participate in a dialogue with Unmani

• Video replays to watch at your convenience any time (no need to worry if you miss the ‘live’ meeting)

We use Zoom video conferencing software which is free to download. If you want to have a live dialogue with Unmani you will need a computer with a microphone and camera. Once you book your place, you will receive more instructions about how to join the meeting.

Although the Open Meetings are also live-streamed on Youtube and other social media platforms, if you would like to ask questions or have a dialogue with Unmani, you will need to join the Zoom meeting.
