It is all very well being okay when we are feeling okay, but how is it when we are not feeling ok? What if the search for peace is actually another way of avoiding what’s already here? In this meeting, we explore what it really means to stop trying to fix, escape, or heal—and simply be with the rawness of being human.

• Video replays to watch at your convenience any time (no need to worry if you miss the ‘live’ meeting)

We use Zoom video conferencing software which is free to download. If you want to have a live dialogue with Unmani you will need a computer with a microphone and camera. Once you book your place, you will receive more instructions about how to join the meeting.

Although the Open Meetings are also live-streamed on Youtube and other social media platforms, if you would like to ask questions or have a dialogue with Unmani, you will need to join the Zoom meeting.
