Open Meeting Livestreamed – 'How to be alone without feeling lonely?'

Feeling lonely is a feeling that most of us can relate to. Perhaps it even comes from our childhood. In any case it feels as old as we are. How can we be alone without this familiar feeling of lack taking over and making us feel miserable?

We use Zoom video conferencing software which is free to download. If you want to have a live dialogue with Unmani you will need a computer with a microphone and camera. Once you book your place, you will receive more instructions about how to join the meeting.

Although the Open Meetings are also live-streamed on Youtube and other social media platforms, if you would like to ask questions or have a dialogue with Unmani, you will need to join the Zoom meeting.
