To grieve is to love deeply.

This Grief Ritual is an invitation to pause, feel, and be witnessed in community.

We honour grief, move with our emotions, & open again to beauty & the flow of life.

This is a space to start to normalise grief, in a world where we mostly keep it behind closed doors. Touching into grief regularly invites us out of stagnation, & to open our hearts to love.
