Silence is always present, despite any noise or chaos. It is not something to be achieved or practiced. Silence is the space in which all experiences arise and dissolve. Silence is who you are. Take an hour each Tuesday to rest in silence, and reconnect with your body through gentle movement. Beyond thoughts, stress, and noise — there is a deep, nourishing silence always available. This is your true nature. In the stillness of silence, we begin to listen more deeply—to the body, to the breath, to the subtle rhythm of life itself. Silence meditation with Unmani is not about escaping the world, but about dropping into the direct experience of being. It’s a space where words fall away, and what remains is presence, awareness, and the simplicity of this moment. Movement is then invited, not as a performance or exercise, but as a natural unfolding from silence. The body moves as it wishes—sometimes fluid, sometimes still—expressing what cannot be spoken. In this dance between stillness and movement, we discover freedom beyond ideas of right or wrong, effort or control. Unmani guides with a gentle openness, holding a space where participants can rest in themselves while exploring the living flow of silence. Here, meditation is not separate from life, and movement becomes a prayer of embodiment—an invitation to be fully present, awake, and alive. This is an ongoing community that meets live online every week for deep and true meeting. All are welcome to dive into a regular nourishing practice of dropping into silence each week.
